Back to Bare Trees

Although we still have a riot of colour in many parts some trees have now lost all of their leaves. This was the default position when I started my Journal in January and it looks as though it will be again.

I had hoped to capture a spectacular sunrise and it did promise much. There is in fact an area of intense golden light on the horizon but it was soon snuffed out by the blanket of cloud. So you have instead a B&W conversion using Silver Efex Pro.
