Butterflies and Bees

I don't normally do these but decided to have a go. JDO does them so well and has mentioned the butterfly reserve on Prestbury Hill several times in her journal. This is very close to me so I decided that I would have a go. A short drive to Cleeve Hill and then over the common to the reserve. I have walked past it so many times but have never actually been in the reserve. The Cotswold Way actually goes right through it.

I couldn't see any at first but then I started to tune in. Based on what I have seen in Jill's journal I think the main blip is a Brown Argus. In total I took about 70 shots - which is a lot more than I normally take on a typical day.
