Sorry. I'm tired tonight. I trained very hard at my British Military Fitness class earlier and after finishing the Christmas Pirate last night (see yesterdays blip) and a great day at work I'm a bit brain dead. Plus there's lots going round in my head. The difference now is that i don't let them go round for long lol. I act on things :)

I heard a lovely pause for thought this morning that finished with this.....
