Mono Monday : Blast

The suburb where I live’s pretty peaceful, if you discount the noise from Gatwick airport and the M23, both more or less just up the road.
Occasionally there’s something nearer to home, like this helicopter which suddenly appeared with a great clatter of rotor blades and spent some minutes hovering with window-rattling intensity just past the end of the road. Eventually it flew off to rattle someone else’s windows.
