Still hot

Went to Sainsbury's this morning to buy all the ingredients for chicken souvlaki.  Thought it'd be a nice summery dinner, but grilling the chicken cranked the kitchen up to approximately the same heat as the sun.  It was tasty though and will feed me for a couple more days, too.

Didn't do a huge amount else today, but seemed to be quite a full day nonetheless.  I did do my exercises this evening (as did Tim, who's now lost a couple of stone) - that's dedication in this heat!
