Rainbow Lorikeets

Cyclops and CyclopsJnr went to the zoo this morning. There is a new walk-through Rainbow Lorikeet enclosure.  The birds are very, very friendly.  They like to land on people's heads and groom them with their beaks and tongues.  It tickles a lot, much to CyclopsJnr's amusement.

It's hard not to smile with a brightly coloured bird on your head, and another on your (new) backpack!

I think at "peak lorikeet" I had four of them on me!
