squirrel

My first trip to Pennington Flash today. Arrived in the morning and mananged to get out at lunch time, just as the rain arrived.
We caught glimpses of kingfishers quite a few times and two landed in a tree but non near enough to get a good photo. The extra is proof that we saw one but it heavily cropped as he was a fair distance away.
This squirrel made us laugh as he spooked when he saw us and covered himself with his tail, clearly making himself invisable to us now ;) lol
