My offering of the Valleyfield Monument has received a seal of approval so I spent a wee while looking at a few of the other places that are not featured in the currently available postcards – but should be. Sadly, they all seem to need early morning sun to bring out the best in them and I was out in the noon day drabness. However, since I was accosted by a hotel employee who thought I was, perhaps, up to no good, early morning might be a better idea, particularly as I would prefer to take such shots with a rather conspicuous tripod.
