HATTIE B’s HOT CHICKEN

Another Nashville icon. I’m not brave so I got the medium heat and, believe me, it was plenty! Oldest son got the hot and the flavor was unimaginable once you got past the heat!! So so good! They southern fry it, dip it on hot chili oil and dredge it in pepper seasoning!! The extra shows the delightful result! Zoom in on what the door says! :—)
We are home, old and tired, but so very blessed!
