Brunch

Headed out this morning with The Mother to collect a new armchair for Granny's impending arrival at the end of the week! She's like the Queen!
We then popped for brunch with Lil sis to a lovely local cafe before heading home.
We were joined at home by a friend who has been such a help this past few weeks. We sat in the garden, chatting and making plans for a possible holiday in October should The Other-Half be fully mended in time!
He wasn't feeling so great today so spent the afternoon in bed. He must have needed the rest as he didn't reappear until three hours later. I warmed him some crumpets for supper and we sat and watched some missed Gogglebox episodes from a while ago!
