What do you think of it so far?

Rubbish. A trip to the council tip vividly illustrated the horrendous scale of the waste society - a mountainous pile of plastic and all the detritus of our consumer society. This was just one tip in Greater Manchester with a never-ending queue of cars and vans ( including of course mine to get rid of an old tv set). The council does their best to recycle, but you can't help feeling our planet is being overwhelmed by the castoffs of capitalism until we all sink beneath an ocean of filth. At least the seagulls are happy.
