Cosmos centre

This is the centre of a Cosmos flower growing on the allotment.  It has lots of natural fractal patterns for abstract Thursday, from the shapes of the petals to the spiral  patterns of the disk florets and the star shapes of the anthers.  Thank you Ingeborg for hosting.

Otherwise a morning at the gym where Pilates was replaced with Body Balance and some vegetable picking on the allotment.  At least only one overgrown courgette was found.  So easy to miss those lurking close to the ground hidden by vegetation.
