Pie....later?

All I remember is having a headache on Friday.  I stayed in bed and read my book when I could.  I was not going to feel bad about it.  It is my last week off, and I do what I want.  

The Hubby decided that we need to take advantage of all the blackberries around our property, so he picked a full 5 gallon bucket of them.  We made some jam...some jelly, some mixed with a bit of sugar for pancakes on Saturday, and some set aside for Blackberry pie bars as well.  Then there was still more...so I freezer bagged up some for future pie bars.  YUM!
