This is the Ross Building at York University in Toronto. It's huge, monolithic, and solid concrete. Well, not completely solid. If Toronto ever got nuked, pundits say one of the few structures that will remain is this piece of Brutalist Architecture. The president's office was on the 9th floor but it and the other executives moved to the research tower's 10th floor a few years ago. Nature abhors a vaccuum so, naturally, the void was soon filled by a faculty or two.
