a sure sign...

...that the wildflower season is arriving.
This donkey orchid  has popped up in the bush of our evening walk and it's always delightful to glimpse them tucked away in little pockets.
A promise of the wildflower season ahead which this year is deemed a cracker with all the rain there has been.
