Last day in Galway - Dough Brothers

Had a bit of time to kill after dropping the car off and before getting a bus to the plane so found somewhere interesting to eat. The Dough Brothers is a very unique pizza place. Original set up by 3 Galway brothers in a pop up restaurant now doing great business with queues regularly forming outside the door. The 'Proper Ham and Mushroom' pizza was the best pizza L has eaten outside of Italy (high praise indeed).

A nice way to end a great holiday.
