A dish called crab

This may scare you a bit as it was cooked with fresh water crabs captured in our local farming ponds or lakes (more natural). They were halved, cooked with light brown soy sauce and decorated with oval-shaped green peas and sliced spring onions, as well as ginger chops, to reduce the smell.

Very delicious but it was obvious that my skill of eating was deteriorating fast. I preferred something simple and well-served now - or, honestly, being lazy ;-)

Btw, typhoon has been affecting the whole area again, it's the 14th on the record. Hope tomorrow it will become nicer and calm down a bit.
