Mr “chilled” B

Mr B is well known for liking a drink well chilled. But this wine cooler, put in the freezer for the duration of a ‘short nap’ suffered from the nap turning into a ‘good sleep’ of several hours (two outdoor cushions, in my current upholstery timing system).

Earlier, I woke half deaf after some over-enthusiastic ear plug use, and spent the first half of the day rather disoriented and dizzy. Later, a fine salad revived me and the afternoon was productively spent. A wrong day duck ‘n’ chips (that’s a Friday dinner) and then the rain started and my crazy family went to stand in it. Mocking the weather gods thus clearly brought on a power failure... so the rest of the night passed in candle-lit card games. Hopefully power will be restored soon, or our freezer-emptying program may be drastically accelerated.
