Herz at Munich airport. Firstly they offered us this beast as they had run out of small cars and then they offered us a fiesta with sat nav which after the beast sounded like a good idea, but it was only when I got to our final destination that I discovered they had charged 144 euros for the sat nav, that's about £20 a day for something that costs them next to nothing as it's built into the car anyway.
