New Flats

Rain, Sun, Rain, Sun, Rain.
That's been the weather all day today.
So I drove to work & parked near the Park & walked from there, passing these New Flats that I have seen over the past year or so grow from a wasteland to these amazing block of Flats.
This is the little garden at the front of the Flats.
