That's certainly the motto of the day. Inspired by last week's work on mom's curtains I've finally got round to sorting out a troublesome pair of mine. They have never been quite wide enough, always looked rather stretched. Using the cut of lining pieces from mom's curtains and a bit of wheedling I've managed to gain a few centimetres on each curtain. So now the winter curtains will look as good as the summer ones, and still be nice and cosy.

The needle case is on that I made with a matching pincushion. I made a whole set and tried to sell them on eBay. No luck, but they sold well at the local Lymphoedema clinic!
