Bridgnorth

Today me and my eldest daughter M.went to Bridgnorth a market town near where we live. We parked in Low Town near the rugby club and then walked along the river as we walked along we spotted a painted locomotive we then caught the cliff railway to High Town we walked through the gardens into the town where again spotted another painted locomotive we realised it was obviously a trail around the town we collected a map from the library and decided to follow the trail to find the twelve locomotives ( they are locomotives to commerate the 'Catch-Me-Who-Who-Can' locomotive which was built in Bridgnorth in 1808). We had lunch in a little teashop called 'Tea and Roses' we have never been in there before but it was lovely we then finished off the trail and had an ice-cream (liquorice and blackcurrant and honeycomb) as we walked back to the car. A lovely day out.
