Another day of wet showers. One spreading slurry, me mowing more grass until it got too wet.
The contractor’s in mucking out and hauling the dung down the road to spread on the winter barley stubble. By tonight they had finished a job that would have taken us days with our trailers
A spot of cow and calf rodeoing then off down the road to check cattle there.
The tree folk in to fell this beech tree that has been threatening to fall down for a while. They had to do it in sections as it was too awkward to clear fell. Not cheap, but better than it falling on someone in the winter !
