After the fireworks

The 1st Saturday in August is an annual 'thing' at the lake in Montriond.
I wasn't sat in the best place to photograph them, and decided to actually just enjoy the fireworks (and accompanying music).

Once the last bang had finished the crowds began the exodus back down the valley.

The lights though were now shining wonderfully through the remaining smoke.

Great show, and will have to remember if we are ever there at that time of year again.

There was someone atop the adjoining cliff, which seems incredibly brave (considering C and me had walked along the tops in broad daylight a few days earlier)
