Blue windows

I pass this building with its indigo windows on my way to work when I have the time to go a slightly more picturesque route through Holborn. It’s got these blue glass panels all the way around its east and north facades and as it’s surrounded by tall buildings I’m guessing they don’t get shafts of blue light into their office but who knows!?
