Post Workout Lunch

We really needed a good lunch after taking a class at the gym called ViPR.

In ViPR you basically have a set of excersises involving a heavy tube (10kg in my case). These exercises included lifting the tube above your head (weightlifting style), crunches with the tube and one moving it from one side of the your body to the other over your head.

It was the most intense workout I've ever done, they give you minimal rest time and we were shattered at the end of it but it was really fun! We'll be doing that again soon! I know we are crazy!

Anyway, this was our lunch after - chicken, broccoli, peppers, spring onions and avacado with a secret spice mix. Yum, just want we needed!
