Somewhere new to go for lunch :)

Another rainy day and breezy too.The woodpecker was back in the garden and I’m sure the Sparrowhawk is around somewhere as the birds seem to vanish quickly and the trees are silent.
We went over to Muir of Ord to pick up some Brownie/ Guide resources from the County Commissioner and to drop off the Accounts. The girls now need their own Badge Book which they can work on in their own time. They work their way through several awards and eventually rewarded with a Brownie Gold award.
We then headed to Dingwall to find the new Highland Farm Cafe on the old Evanton Road. We had never been on this part of the road before , high up with great views over the Cromarty Firth to the Black Isle. It was easy to find and worth the trip. We enjoyed a hot chocolate and shared some flapjack. They had a good breakfast/ lunch menu, open 7 days a week so we look forward to going back.Nice outside area too and a fab little tractor for little ones to climb on :)
A sunny end to the day again.
