Abstract Thursday - Repetition

This huge pod fell from one of the big palm trees and landed near me after one of the storms last week.  It’s as long as my forearm and quite solid and heavy but i lugged it home as i knew i could make it a blip one day! :o)

The strangely shaped woody bits made a lovely repetitive pattern, and the pod added to the abstract feel of the shot!
