Misty Loch Earn

Forecast promised a decent day.......we drove to St Fillans Perthshire, it was misty to start, thought it might clear.....oh no it didn't! We had a lovely walk up behind the village to the viewpoint where the water piped from Glenlednock reservoir flows into St Fillans Hydro generating chamber in the hillside, the walk detail stated a good view to Ben Vorlich... We will have to do it again on a sunny day to see that! It's a good walk, autumn colours are still so rich! The weather when we came home was even worse...heavy drizzle, poor visibitly. I think we had the best of the day!
