Rush hour in the cycle lanes

We are off on a mini two-night cycle tour. On the first day we went up to Pointe de Grave and took the ferry across to Royan. From there we made our way down the other side of the Gironde estuary and then inland to stay at Domaine de Seudre in a little 'roulotte' in the winery grounds. 
Today's blip shows the the cycle tracks along the promenade in Royan which were incredibly busy. It is nice to see such good provision for cyclists, and to see it well used.

The extra is a shot of the old town of Talmont on the banks of the Gironde. After passing this point we headed inland.
