Beauty in the Shade

On a stroll round the garden this morning, I was taken again by the beauty of this purple Oxalis Triangularis. It’s triangular purple leaves provide calming color in the heat of a Texas summer, but as soon as the rains arrive, out come these delicate pale purple flowers, which are charming.
