Dock Leaf plant seeds

A quiet and grey morning. A bit mediocre for the penultimate day of the school holidays (cue heatwave next week then???) There are rain showers in the morning, so I'm guessing kids will be cooped up all morning.

Same for my lunch time walk. All a bit mediocre. I can' tbelieve the dock leaves are dying off already. the leaves are mostly read, and the seeds ready to drop. Some flowers can still be seen, like this small purple flower Extra. If you view it large, you can see the rain drop has almost be focused on another purple flower below this one.

Thankfully I am on a bike for my home commute. Quite strangely, on the way home is marked by queues of cars.
