Berlin - Day 3 - AT164

Our last day in Berlin.  I would have gladly stayed two or three more days as there is just so much to see here.  Thankfully time enough to take this shot, quite convenient for Abstract Thursday -- thanks again, Ingeborg, for hosting!  Happy I could join again.

Left the hotel at 10.00, short drive through town, then onto the highway for the 650-km. drive back to The Netherlands.  It was an extremely smooth ride in 30-degree temperature, and we could feel it despite the air-conditioning, even though it did work well.  Back at Eindhoven, we went through the musical buses routine again, this time with considerably less chaos.  Our bus was the first to arrive but it didn't take long for the other four to show up.  There was a sixth bus, but those were the people who went to Paris for only 3 days and so were back already the day before.

What a fab trip!  Over too soon, but I will be back in Berlin in the foreseeable future, with AW this time.  In the meantime, 10 more days of holiday, and then I'll be back at work.
