Bikes for hire

Lots of companies seem to think that Oxford needs more bikes. While these short term hire bikes are a great idea, but as you can see, it's got rather out of hand here. Allegedly, the bikes are managed by the companies that own them (there are four different ones in Oxford I think), and they check the location trackers on their fleet and collect them when dumped, but the practice of this seems to be severely lacking.
