to Observe

Today is the first day of the Festival of Manx motorcycling.  I am ambivalent about motorcycles.  I can well understand why people enjoy watching the spectacle of roaring high speed machines.  However I do not feel that way and apart from some quick photos to capture the atmosphere I was more than content to go back down the road on the left in to the relative peace and quiet of the countryside.
