Carrot Cakescakescakes!

After yesterday's lovely sunny walk we really took bad to our paddle with the dogs today. Waterproof jacket, trousers and boots required!
Made a cake very similar to this one yesterday for my friends birthday, today, and the boys were very disappointed to discover "it wasn't for eating". So today's choice of cake was easy!
A piece had already been consumed before it was cool enough to top with its icing so I'm guessing I made the right choice. This also explains the angle of the photo!!
