Man it was hot up in the loft - the poor guy who was working up there must have lost at least a stone!
Everything's in now - radiator, hob and boiler. Tomorrow just the test drive of the system and making good outside. 
Meanwhile I went to Pilates ( ooofff ) and spent the rest of the day uploading photos to cloud storage - a first for me ;)
