Exmouth harbour

The tide was out as I strolled around Exmouth old harbour area looking for a wide angle shot.  It was the patterns made by the lines of seaweed strewn along the beach, the lines of the cables of the boats and the patterns of the clouds that made me choose this shot for the wide Wednesday challenge with the theme of patterns.

A greyish warm day and I spent some time later in the afternoon down on the allotment discussing the plants a neighbour had grown.  Very impressed with her colourful borlotti beans, I must try some next year, if I remember.
