Happiness is not....

...trying to arrange insurance for Oscar! I spent most of the day trying to get him insured. All sorts of problems as he is in France and I am not bringing him over! In trying to get cover I discovered I had to give written permission to the person who is bringing him over, and he had to make a declaration that he was bringing it over for me! No health insurance until he is actually in my care and definitely no insurance for his transportation! In the end I reached out to the facebook Picardy Sheepdog group for help. More phonecalls tomorrow!
