Making whisky

Like most things it’s as easy, or as difficult, to explain as you want to make it.

The props on the table help with the long version.

I prefer the Iain Banks version..”make beer in a teapot, transfer it to a bucket and then boil it in a kettle. Thereafter: barrel, bottle and serve.”

After that I met up with Ruby at Wagamama’s for lunch and a catch up before we both headed home on the train. After a short detour via the Abbotsford and the Cafe Royal.

Mrs S picked us up with great news about her offer to a writers room next month.

Quiet night ahead as I’ve got another presentation tomorrow morning and Ruby has an important meeting too.
