Living in Brabant

White horses

I took a day off today, it was sorely needed. Took advantage of a special offer on the Dutch railways and went to the Hague.

I snuffled around antique/brocante shops, saw the Iraqi asylum seekers camping on the Malieveld, watched a man stick his tongue up the nostrils of Sinterklaas's white horse in the Bijenkorf(!), had a politician shake my hand (and I'm not even a baby), and of course I walked around and took snaps.

It was very cold.

Oh, and I bought a teflon pizza baking sheet. That's life.

On edit:
The nostril licker.

Ghostly tram.
