Phone today

Yesterday the definitive replacement phone was delivered.
Went to Orange shop again as no tool to insert SIM.
Also asked what model it was and would old case fit.
Told wrong model and that case would fit.
Got home and it doesn't fit.

Sat outside with phone in shorts pocket.

Slipped out and fell to ground. A distance of about 50 cms. Completely shattered screen.
