Hestercombe House

This afternoon we headed to Taunton so Paul could get a new phone from a well known supermarket.

Then we went to Hestercombe using our HH card. I’d always wanted him to see it as I’ve been several times in the past although there are lots of new developments there.
After a cuppa we caught a display about Gertrude Jekyll then followed one of the longer walks round the pools passing lots of the follies en route. The rain hit by the time we reached the formal gardens which were looking magnificent. We will have to return soon.
