Street Art

I am staying in a small city called Broken Hill. It’s got first heritage status and, despite having issues (poverty, lack of jobs, etc.), it manages to maintain some really unique things. It’s a mine town, so there’s old and currently running mines, visible on the landscape.

I went out into town to do a few things (sort out my bank account and register for Medicare - which has a reciprocal health deal with the NHS, so I don’t have to pay through the roof for certain health care). I took the opportunity to have a walk around town and take in some of the beautiful street art. This was a mural on the side of a building, all 3 pictures are part of it.
