Quintessential Summer Bank Holiday Sunday

Have pottered around, and watched yachts floundering in the rough sea. What on earth were they out there for? Now I understand, there’s a power boat race on. Had nausea just watching.

Made a fresh mint tea which is infusing. Will have a quick shower. Then off to Waitrose and Lidl. Going to make Tofu with Curried Coconut and Mango Chutney. Need to get a few ingredients.

Then collect husband from tennis (in the bubble), and read the Sunday papers there.

He had a big blow, finding out the other day BT Sport has lost rights to Italian football. Managed to cancel after a bit of a protest, they hadn’t warned us. But he’s found highlights on You Tube. at least he can watch in the evening, whereas before there was always the mad rush home to watch live.
