The recent few days rain have revealed a leak in the flat roof over our shower room. I've so far tried three different " Roofers", two of whom were listed in one of these trusted tradesmen leaflets.
First never returned my call.
Second gave a quote so far from reallity, but offering ten percent off  for acceptance within 48 hours, that he obviously thought that an older person would be a soft touch.
Third said that he'd come later that day but then rang to cancel and  arrange to come the following morning. He didn't, nor did he ring.

Oh well,  back to the bucket and mop.
