Auckland Botanic Gardens

is a very convenient place to meet friends as it's right beside the motorway and there's usually plenty of parking. I stopped off for a coffee on my way home and then went for a wander.  There wasn't a breath of wind and everything was looking particularly fresh and green - and lovely.
