...be right, lovely and sunny yesterday while I was working...torrential rain today. Still it didn’t stop me getting out.

A longer run for me this morning 18km. Then a wander round Plean Park, after Church, for MrR & I. That was a pretty damp affair. After dinner it was a dry Weim walk!

Cancelled all that activity out with eating in between, cheesy nachos and beetroot brownie with ice-cream some of the dishes we whipped up today!

Grateful for a balanced Sunday;-)
