What a Whopper

.........the outright winner of the biggest marrow ( more than 4 foot long ) at the show today .........shown with the nearest rival for comparison ..........it took two strong men to lift it from the trolley it was wheeled in on and place it on the display table .............stuffed marrow anyone? ;-)))

I entered all 8 photography classes and was thrilled to be placed in all of them ........netting over fifty pounds in vouchers for my favourite garden centre.........I'm going to enjoy spending those :-))

My daughter also had a good weekend with her fledgling catering business, making some very useful contacts despite being rushed off her feet and selling out of three days worth of food on the first day ..........poor girl had to go home and make more food every evening for the next day.........she and her partner have worked so hard this weekend, I hope some of those contacts she made come good :-)
