Edinburgh from Pettycur

Since it was an in-service day the kids kicked around the house all morning in their pyjamas while I did my required three-hour stint on the sofa. Ewan made lunch (soup and touted bagels with cheese) and then, feeling a little cooped up, we headed out, me walking them on bikes. Went along to Burntisland, which has a good length of prom and a little park for cycling around in. Time to spare before Tae Kwon Do so we nipped along to Pettycur, which has a nice wee harbour. It was 4pm and the sun was dropping, leaving a band of light between the clouds and the skyline.
